Skills Required:
Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy creation
Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience targeting
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
Create and deliver detailed performance reports to internal teams or clients
Stay current with Google Ads best practices, trends, and algorithm updates
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages

Website Developer

Educational Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization.

Skills Required:
Proficiency in WordPress (Customizing themes & plugins)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Understanding of responsive design
Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues
Basic SEO understanding (plus point)
Good sense of design and UX (preferred)

Junior Graphic Designer

Educational Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 0 -1 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

Skills Required:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
Knowledge of designing for social media platforms
Creativity, typography, and layout skills

Digital Marketing Intern

Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization.

Educational Qualification:
Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO fundamental.
Ability to conduct keyword research, optimize web pages, create SEO-friendly content, backlink strategies.
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
